If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself. First, click the "Sign In" link in the top right-hand corner of the header on the MoneyTips website. In the pop-up window that appears, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
You will need to know the email address you used to register in order to complete this step. Enter the email address in the textbox on the Forgot Password page that appears (see below). An email will be sent to that address with instructions to reset your password.
If you do not know the email account you registered with, or you have difficulty receiving the email to reset your password, you can contact Customer Care at email@example.com or call (800) 707-2292 Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, for help resetting your password and accessing your account. Please note that to protect your personal information, you will have to answer identity verification questions in order to gain access to your account.
