I received an alert from Identity Protector. What should I do?

If the alert is for an activity that you generated, and therefore is not fraudulent, there is no need to take any action at all. If the activity is suspicious, sign into your MoneyTips account and click on the ID Protector tab in the top menu. Scroll down to the "ID theft resolution" section and select the type of fraud you suspect from the options provided. Follow the appropriate steps by clicking on the orange button labeled "Next Step".
